We are an electrical engineering company for the manufacture of capital goods in the municipality of Galdakao, in Bizkaia, established in July 2020 and whose current workforce is 7 people. Our main activity is the design and manufacture of components and electrical-electronic equipment, focused on Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the Agile manifesto (AGILEAN MANUFACTURING) and with a communication system with the client that allows you to know at all times the status of your Online order through the development of a platform (einnlive).

Capital goods are necessary for the production of other goods, products or services. These are, therefore, productive fixed assets of the manufacturing and process industries, as well as basic service companies – water, energy, transport and communications.

The capital goods sector is quite complex, which means that the manufacturing activity is associated with a series of industrial services that are essential for its start-up. Engineering and design, manufacturing, assembly and installation activities intermingle and should not be separated.

The capital goods manufacturing sector constitutes a fundamental link in the industrial structure of a country, not only because of its economic importance but also because it greatly determines the efficiency and effectiveness of industrial production and the provision of fundamental services. In addition, the sector is an essential part of the technological innovation process, since it allows the transfer of R&D&i results to the production cycle, allowing its industrialization and, therefore, its introduction in the market.

Although the product is a mature product, our way of working is what will make it stand out. We identify two levels regarding the differentiation of our product in the market:

On a technical level, the product will be manufactured with the greatest manufacturing guarantee, either following the plans provided by the client, or the own development carried out with the Eplan electrical development software. (P8, Pro-Panel and Harness)

At a methodological level, production is based on lean manufacturing, where production is planned in such a way as to avoid unnecessary loss of time, waste of time and material, etc. And Agile, which provides us with flexibility in decision making, rapid response to changes, transparency, rapid iterations, etc.

The result is the manufacture of a product with the minimum possible lead time and consumption of technical resources. To this we add that all phases of the production process are traceable and the customer can obtain information online, at any time, about the status of their order, through digital devices on the einnlive platform.
